Does not have the sellers interest at heart at all. Create problems and left for the seller to sort out. No support and unprofessional. I would not recommend them.
These unprofessional attorneys were appointed by the previous owner of one of the properties I bought. They transferred the property over to me, whilst leaving the previous owners occupants in my property, without my permission, without any handover of the rental contract, and also leaving the previous owner at liberty to make any random deductions he saw fit from the deposit that these occupants had paid over to them. I was left with a property in my name that had the previous owners occupants who sought to destroy my property-and I had to incur the costs of removing them and fixing my property. Worst attorneys I have ever dealt with. If you are buying a property, be sure to never have these attorneys in charge of the transfer if you want to get your property in your name, and in one piece. The law society also investigated these attorneys and found that "no unprofessional conduct could be found in this matter" and felt that these attorneys were completely above board in transferring stayed in my property without my approval, and whilst they saw fit to damage my property. The law also made it my problem to get these occupants out of my property and to incur the costs of fixing the property.
Most unprofessional legal firm in the country. If your estate agent says they are going to use this company refuse to sign. Took 4 months to do a basic house transfer. Notification done by SMS not email. Have phone twice a week to get them to do their job. Still waiting for hundreds of thousands of rand payment for sale of my house. If at all possible don't use this company to handle any of your legal matters.
Just a bunch of inhuman low life's who only care about hurting people
DLNM Attorneys sent me an SMS stating that I owe ABSA R147 000.00. I have no loan or debt with ABSA and don't owe ABSA or DLNM anything, Both campanies are being managed and run by a bunch of criminals and fraudsters.
They're very good and our transfer was very quick within 2 months we were sorted
