Bought a battery on the 31st October, turns out the car needed a bigger battery received no assistance or advice from sales staff so we took it back about an hour later only to be told I can’t return it. Supaquik and Best drive take returns so I don’t understand the policy. Had I known I wouldn’t have bothered supporting them.

The staff is selectively friendly ranging to how much they know you. I waited so long after being served with a dim charisma guy after he was so jolly with the lady in front of me. When enquiring about the car parts I need I get 1 out of 6 things I was looking for, then I get told "go to the scrap yard for your 'old car' parts"

Did not have the spares i needed, they do have a arsenal of other spares, pricing is reasonable.

Dean's motor spares it provide best service in windscreen fit and all motor parts at low prices every one can afford than insurance companies

Not as busy and stocked as it used to but fair prices as always for body parts

The sales people are always there and ready to attend to customers. I like the way they speak to customers and the respect shown, I have been there 2 days in succession and the service was so excellent. The parts supplied were correct .

What i love about near they specialise with body spares and auto parts especially body parts every car

As much as I love u guys. Heres my issues. Get a working phone and advertise the number. Perhaps online and telephonic orders/enquiries will eliminate the long ques and the long wait. Answer questions on social media and internet. Customer interaction with your Great prices will make a big difference.

Their prices are not bad.
