Bought a triple decker pizza that had almost no fillings. Took it back and they gave me the same thing.

So i placed an order on Saturday evening for 2 pizzas i paid almost R400 just for two and guess what? when i came home to open them the dough was still raw it was so so bad. I wanted to drive back to them but its so far for me to drive back will never come to this debonairs again.Food: 1/5

A minus 0 rating for me I there was that option. Last night , the 25th of April I bought a tripple decker withcramme crust ..meaty flavour. Got something like a creche project. Very dry, very little cheese,shrinked slices with almost no filling at all. Felt like I was eating hard bread with tomatoe sauce and mince meat .As for the crammed crust it was just dough rolled in a cheese grille. dont waste your time and money here. They are not selling Pizza they are selling creche projects of trial and error....The worst part is I could not return it as it was late already and I trusted them so I ddnt bother opening the box before leaving!! The worst ever!!!

Nice food, just annoying to struggle to find a quiet seat to eat in between all the delivery guys and other random people not eating in hogging the seats.Food: 4/5

I have never in my life got such terrible service My pizza was turned around not even in one piece My cool drink didn’t even arrive And when I call you guys You blame it on the Uber eats driver Simone needs to give me my money back I’m furious

I ordered through Mr D on the 15/9/2022. I paid over R500 for two triple dega pizzas and got pizzas thinner than napkins. I complained and received no response. Do not order from them.

This is the second time our delivery has taken over two hours. It's going on 3 hours and I'm still waiting for my order.  I had to call twice to figure out what was wrong. If my order ever arrives it's going to be ice cold.  I've ordered from them many times and it's normally been good, but 3 hours is unacceptable and I won't be ordering from this branch again.

Gave me the wrong large pizza. They were very busy though, but I only saw it when I got home. But I went specifically for this pizza, just to find out it’s not the one I was looking forward to

Still waiting for our order almost 3 hours later. No one answers the phone and customer care just sighs. Can’t even cancel the order.  Highlands Debonairs Centurion  *I wish someone had responded to our attempts at communicating with someone from Debonairs as quick as they responded to this review. The matter was resolved and the money refunded. It was determined that the driver went back to the shop without letting anyone know that he couldn’t deliver the order.  Still took 30+ airtime to get ahold of anyone at the store or customer service.

Worst experience ever. I know debonairs in general is very slow with delivery but this branch takes it to a new level. Phoned enquiring about a delivery, told she would call back. I am still waiting for the call and the pizza an hour and a half later. Maybe the pizza will arrive tomorrow night.
