My son loves debonairs and the pizza used to be delicious . The past 3 times that i have ordered the pizza came very late my son was even sleeping and it was so cold and tasted like cardboard it was so dry and unsatisfying. Really guys alot of people want to enjoy yummy quality affordable food this has to change. I for sure do not think i will be ordering again at this branch.
The stuff is rude. Arrived here at 8:54, and they said they are not yet open, we asked if we can sit inside since they were done cleaning and it was cold. The lady said, "le tlaba strong". Then at 8:59 precisely, some guy came and they let him in, served him then after called us to come in at 9:10.
I love clean restaurants more than anything. Makes it more appetizing when waiting for an order and this one place here is that place. Keep it up.
I made an order at 18h56 and now its 20h38 and I haven't received it. I called to follow up, and the person who answered was rude and she hang up on me.
Service effective. Ordered on the phone and when I arrived my items were ready for collection.
I placed an order online, one ladydidn't get ther name called to confirm my delivery details, I gave her the details and directions, she sent the driver to the wrong shop because she did not understand me, the delivery guy drove past me, when I called to check if it was my delivery, the lady was very rude, she told me that I'm playing with their services, I hung up because she did not even want to hear what I wanted to say..she was sreeming....if this is what is called customer service HAI KHONA!!!!!! The driver came back, he started by complaining, just when I wanted to thank him, he was already talking to someone else assisting them, I didn't even get the chance to thank him or confirm my order with him I guess still I wasn't that important, NB-this is the number she called me with +27763914316

Placed an order took them 20mins to make. The wait was worth it at the end. The pizza was great.
Great service...Loving Limpopo...
Firstly, they said they do not Deliver in Westenburg after 5pm then when I order from my work address, they take 2 hours with a delivery. They come up with silly excuses everytime you ask for an explanation, instead of trying to satisfy a customers needs they ask if they should rather cancel the order. Imagine. Service sucks big time.
