This Debonairs is the worst, I just received my order and the pizza looks like it was cut by a 2 year old, it seems like it’s bitten. The heck is wrong with you guys if you are not willing to run this business just stop! As consumers who are responsible for your growth we are not pleased with how you do things. This is a disgrace and very disrespectful. It’s not like you are donating food to us instead we spend our hard earned money on nonsense.
Worst pizza I've ever had! Don't waste your money. The pizza is undercooked, sometimes it's stale and dry, barely any toppings. Horrible is an understatement. It's disappointing every time!
This restaurant is always dirty. You have to sit on a smelly table full of leftovers from god only knows when. They don’t even care about customers.
Not sure if they want to question our finances and run their business, service sucked when I was trying to order!
THE WORST SERVICE!!!!!!! You are told that the driver will not deliver!!!!! And there is nothing you can do!!! Especially when they speak over you over the phone! Good luck with maintaining this establishment with such DEPLORABLE service, if you wish to call it that! DISGUSTING!!
When i am hungry l pick my phone in no time pizza is at the door with the message your pizza has arrived.Food: 4/5
First instance: ordered food and an hour later, we tracked it and were told the driver cannot deliver at 5pm. They from management level; Lerato and John have poor customer service and communication. Second incident: ordered food online and it was delivered after 3hrs my address is 10 minutes away from the restaurant and we were required to pay for the food despite the T&Cs of the company that food delivered at an inconvenience should be FREE. We turned the driver back. The management is very undermining because we're black and unprofessional. Very rude. Never again should you order food from this company.
I ordered only to be told that they don't deliver at my side while they accepted my order. I mean who accepts a delivery order just to tell customers to fetch the order at the store.
The staff literally stops everything they’re doing to go somewhere else and leave customers in the shop. And I waited for a whole hour for my order.
I've been waiting for my delivery for over 2 and a half hours. I've even lost interest. I called in multiple times to check on the delivery but was told " you should have already received your delivery, we'll get back to you". This terrible service is gradually growing. It's not worth it, not even worth that star
