Have been here for more that an hour n a half waiting for the sales person called Issac to come give us a bicycle apparently he is the only one working this side in such a big store, they paged him more than 3 times but still no help. I feel there is no sense of urgency for customers. This is poor customer service

Got assisted by a friendly gentleman. The complete car care kit was included when you buy the car cover. So he explained very well what was included in the car care kit
I love the store and everything in it.But customer service doesn't exist.The one staff lady was so aggresive she almost knocked me over the way she was walking to get past me.When you stop them and ask for assistance they get rude.I get they also have work to do but its not right for the clients to walk up and down to ask for service and then you get treated like this.Not happy at all!
The service is very bad, I went to buy tiles today and no one came to assist me. So I went to look for someone, and guess what! The person told me to go look for the relevant person to assist me. I stood there for more than ten minutes and no one came. I am really disappointed. I left the shop without anything. Can management do something?
Honestly speaking, I wouldn’t recommend any laptop bought on Black Friday from that store. This is now the 5th time my laptop is giving me problems after returning it 4 times, 4 times !I don’t even have an energy to return it because its box is damaged and the policy says that I can’t return the laptop without the box. My laptop now froze out of the blue and is not switching on by that time I am a student and it’s exam time. Game at Bloemfontein really made my whole academic year the worst.
