Rented a tent and seating option from Decorvent and was truly impressed with the quality and neatness of the setup!! They went out of their way to make my family Christmas event something amazing!! I would definitely recommend making use of their service!! It's a bargain for what they supply!! Would definitely make use of them again in future!!
Stay away!! Fraudulent company that doesn't deliver the tents, and then refuses to refund you The owner Norbert is aggressive on the phone and hangs up, threatens to get lawyers involved etc. Good luck, we won't let this go Follow up: Isn't it amazing that Norbert can write so nicely in response while in the public domain - but is aggressive and threatening to women over the phone and refuses to further communicate telephonically? Let me be clear - there were NO terms and conditions. There was NO cancellation policy. We cancelled 48 hours in advance due to weather. We were told we will get a full refund of our deposit when we cancelled - otherwise we would not have cancelled! We have not been offered a "partial" refund as you have stated. We have been offered to use the tent at a later stage - we do not need it ever again - hence requesting a refund. Norbert I suggest you give us a call to work this through if you really care about customer service - like you say you do. You have our numbers. Alternatively we will engage attorneys and will take these reviews wider than Google.

I highly, highly recommend this company - Their communication was great, their staff was punctual and very friendly. The furniture and tent are worth the price and they made our event great. When we had a problem with the light, they sent someone out immediately to assist. Great company!

Decorvent supplied a stretch tent in our garden for an 80th birthday party. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They did a site visit to recommend the best tent. They arrived to pitch and pack up the tent at the times they said they would. The quality of the tent was superb and the service was all done with a smile and genuine care. Thank you.
I am truly bold over with the professional manner in which Decorvent handled my function from paper work to presentation and removal..... 5 stars. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. Great job guys
The quality of everything we received was horrible. Torn stretch tent. Dirty inner sheet. Torn seat covers. Poor communication & lack of accountability. I wouldn’t recommend

Horrible Service, poor communication, I had an event of which they knew about months ago, they came to do the delivery and setup so late! The sales lady could not even apologize for the inconvenience caused such poor communication, Norbert the sales guy whom I dealt with thereafter did also not apologize and was very rude to me over the phone. I had to end up waiting for them after working hours Pathetic service!!!!
