This shop used to have the best pies in Nelspruit. But after 3.00 on a month-end Friday you are told that it is too late to have fresh products on the shelves??? Shame.

Whenever we are in Nelspruit we visit Deeghuys. They have a large variety of frozen pastries and pies at reasonable prices.

Terrible, terrible service especially from the Manageress!! She is rude, impatient and has no idea how to treat her customers. I stood in her shop for 10 minutes at the pie counter, wanting to buy a pie. ALL the staff members, including the rude Manageress, were busy packing out stock and kept walking past me into the store room or fridge and back carrying out stock.  Not one of them even acknowledged me, let alone greeted or asked if they could help. When I eventually managed to make eye contact with her and asked her if someone could help me and complained about how everyone ignored me for so long, I was scolded by her in the most irritable voice and told that they are all busy and I WILL be helped!! Had a complaint from a friend just last week about the same person from a friend. Horrible customer service!! I will never put foot in your ship again! By the way, the items that I wanted were out of the oven already so there was no reason not to assist me. Terrible. I hope the owners het to see this.
