I was so disappointed with the service I received at the Northmead Square branch today. I popped in to enquire the cost of resizing one of my rings. The young lady didn't greet me, had her arms crossed, sighed and raised her eyebrows while apprising me of the fact that as it was a 3-ring set it would be extremely costly. She gave me a price and as I was thanking her added that an additional amount needed to be added to replate the ring to white gold. I did not enjoy the experience

Ordered some custom work from them. They very kindly accepted my ideas on the design, we're very upfront about costs and ideas, and were very fair on payment. The finished work was absolutely amazing too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good jeweler.

Not sure about the Farrarmere shop but the one in Northmead Square broke my watch. By replacing the battery she ripped my pin out. And then wanted to tell me the pin was loose and it's my fault. Just as I know my pin was tight and I saw her do it, so will I advise everyone to not go there.

Would not support this place the guy there would rather argue with the customer that had his watch battery replaced there before over pricing they are very expensive you can buy watch batteries pack of 10 R75 they charge R100 for 1 battery to replace so do the math on what persentage profit they trying to make on that 10 pack thats madness would rather suggest nightingales jewellery in glen marais they charge R50 to replace battery would rather support them stunning friendly service

Rip off. Paid R410 to pierce my daughter's ears to only have the one earing fall off. Piercing at Lakefield pharmacy R145 which includes the same studex earings and tube to treat piercing.
