DEKRA Automotive Midrand

Very poor service.Disorganised and files to honour booking being made in advance. Rather go to Randburg as the service is a lot better and more efficient.

The staff at Dekra Midrand are some of the rudest and most incompetent people I have ever met, instead of 2 hours they took almost 4 hours, after telling them we will not be waiting there and that we had to go, the one lady had the decency to ask if we expect of her to phone us as if it would kill her to do her job properly, I will not recommend using Dekra Midrand at all. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where you are respected as a customer.

Took a Nissan Almera 1.5 Acenta Automatic Transmission for Vehicle Inspection. The Staff were very friendly and very helpful. From the moment I brought the vehicle and ask at the counter, someone was available to give me the form to fill in and explained which part I needed to fill in and what documents are required. With the aid of technology emailing documents to Dekra was not an issue. From thereon, the vehicle needed to be inspected, this was of course a matter of waiting for other vehicles to be done. After the inspection was done the gentleman who inspected the car, then explained the report. Hence, I am pleased with the service received and recommend anyone to visit Dekra Midrand for any Inspection related assistance.

Fascinating,although I waited a bit longer than expected.But I managed to get my roadworthy certificate for the car same day

A 10mm hairline scratch on the rear lense and they fail the test. All lights were in good working order

Expectings met above and beyond. We are usually quick to complain and slow to compliment. But lemme be one of the few to send my thanks to the team. I arrived late for my appointment, on top of that had some issues with arranging payment. To say they were understanding and helpful would be an understatement. Personal thanks to Bree who helped out a lot with asmin side. And a massive thanks to the manager who even gave me a quick rundown on the inspection and a few lessons. In business, altercations occur and expectations aren't met but I'd be lying if I said I weren't happy with the service I recieved.
