Quite honestly the worst customer service I have ever received. When the owner raised his voice at my wife for querying the reason why we haven't had service for the last 7 hours and counting I had to put the phone down as it was evident that they do not know how to service customers. Simply a shameful display which indicates that they do not care about their customers. In response to your response below, you verbally abused my wife and the fact that you are so defensive to try and blame the customer for your conduct is exactly why I am already busy getting a quote from your competitors.

Always friendly and willing to help. Our local ISP. If you need any advice regarding websites, hosting your site, fibre or any other means if internet connection, pay them a visit opposite the ABSA ATM. Always willing to chat and share info, you will become wiser. Support local

This is the third fibre install I experienced in the last year from three different ISP's and this was the fastest service I ordered a new line and router on Monday and Wednesday all os installed and activated, amazing job guys
