Minus 5 star review for your shop !!! Came into your shop one lady and a man behind the counter. Gent by the name of Satha who I asked his name on my way out. No one acknowledged me when I walked in and after greeting them not one of them greeted back or responded. After standing in front of Satha he eventually was forced to look up after I asked if someone could assist me. Then he told me it would take him five days to sort through all the belts if I can not give him a model number of machine. The owner must be careful staff will end his business! Went from there to Pro-Lawn and was greeted friendly ,helpful and without a model number no issue

I found this repair shop to do things in a very old fashioned way. Therefore you have to show up in person and they never respond the email enquiries. They always make you wait in the shop even if you are first in que. If you take your gardening tool in for service during peak season you could easily wait from 2 weeks to a month. And don't hold your breath while they are returning your call about a spare part.
Very friendly staff with good service
Got quote a price for a repair then 6 days later got a call to say the work is done and it was more than double the price. A few days later The manager did call and was very professional and offered to take out the extra parts they used. Also promised to take corrective action. Changed the review from a 1 star to 3 star
Prices on their website is not what you pay at the counter. Was told to go to Nigel to pay for that price

Great store for all your equipment requirements and spares, with very capable staff.
Took my mower in at the beginning of year, was told 6 weeks. After 8 weeks they phoned to ask if I had a quote which I hadn't would call me back,,,, never did. Eventually had to buy a new mower to get control of garden. Now end of May called them yet again,,,,,,, they will phone back lmfao . Nothing but promises to call and zero. I wonder if I will ever see that mower again,,,
