Dr Thomadakis Is a very good person and understand,but unfortunately his receptionist keeps moving my appointments,was supposed to get my braces last year december i was told that then i was going to get them in february,that appointment was moved to april and now it's august and they keep moving my appointments

Dr Thomodakis is an excellent orthodontist. He has treated both my sons. He is also a nice person to engage with which is not common with alot of doctors. Hazel terrific and on top of things. A pleasure to go there.

Very nice man himself but the receptionist is incompetent, booked for March the 11 on a Monday arrived then told April 11 on a Thursday which are two completely different dates. Receptionist is also always busy trying to write dates and talking to people on the phone plus she told me that I am wrong and that I mixed up the dates when she was wrong and didn’t acknowledge that, not even a apology giving or actually admitting that she is wrong. Also the waiting times for appointments are ridiculous as my appointment was only a 5 minutes job. Lastly we are the ones paying their salaries so why should we let this stand by us?

Best orthodontist ever!!! Did my braces almost 10 years ago and my teeth are still perfect
