Came there as tourist cause I was traveling through the Garden route when my tooth broke off. They fitted me in even though they were booked out. Professional, kind and patient dentist. Fast, clean and hygienic treatment. Great service and really friendly hosts at reception as well. Highly recommend!
Very disappointed, worst service ever at Dental ON Gray. Made an appointment for tooth cleaning at 4pm and the receptionist apparently moved it to 3pm without telling me. And when I got there 30min drive, what a waste of time and petrol the lady at the front desk Yolanda wants to tell me that I am late - until she admits that they moved the appointment. Very rude and unprofessional.
We had a good experience at Dental ON Gray. Due to the festive season maybe? all the dentist offices were fully booked. The staff was very friendly and helpful and got us an appointment quickly. Dr. De Villiers and hygenist Ms. Talken were efficient and skilled.

Dr Rossouw, you are absolutely incredible with little children! I could never get my son to go for a hair cut, let alone get a filling in his tooth!! Thank you for your patience, care and understanding with him. He can’t wait to come back and get the next tooth done: Katherine, the oral hygienist, appreciate all the great work you have done and taking care of both of us. You’re always so friendly and welcoming! To all the reception staff and dentist assistant, thank you for your friendliness and greeting my son by his name, he was so surprised by that, it’s the little things in life that mean the most! It made such an impression on him that you all knew his name. Many thanks for such a wonderful experience!!!
I have been to Dental on Gray for a check up, whitening and now my lingual braces! Every time I visit, the professional team at Dental on Gray in Knysna, it is truly an amazing experience. The practice is stunning, the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Every dentist that works here puts in the effort to make you feel comfortable. The dentists are thorough and are able to answer or advise on any questions or concerns you might have. If you are looking for a new dentist or are tired of not receiving the care you need, I can assure you that you wont be disappointed when making an appointment and visiting the team at Dental on Gray in Knysna or Dental on Gibb their practice in Plettenberg Bay.
Honestly, such a great dentist! I was on vacation and had a loose tooth crown to be fixed. Should be an easy job, I assumed, turned out not to be very true. Dr Daniël Rossouw did a great job and showed a great expertise in his job. Not only did he well fix the crown, he gave me a very detailed explanation for how to best get it reworked, once I'm back home at my dentist. Really a great experience, I'm almost hairy my crown broke since I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Roasouw and his team ; Central located, tremendously friendly and highly professional besides just being really nice. Was a pleasure meeting you!
Fitted us in at very short notice to see our son who had had a fall and pushed his front teeth slightly back. Very impressed with the courteous staff and friendly service.
