Unfortunately, my braces were removed whilst I had gum swelling. Once the swelling went down, there were still gaps between my teeth which I contacted the office about repeatedly. When contacted , they resorted to saying that it’s because I wasn’t wearing retainers. Which I do, religiously, hence they fit perfectly my parents have been contacting the office, but have not received a way forward. I can not spend so my much money only to find myself still insecure about the same thing I asked them to fix. All I asked for was a way forward. I’d like one as soon as possible, preferably before the practice closes for December.
