The lady at reception is an absolute nightmare. Behaving as if someone is forcing her to work there. Extremely unfriendly. She’s the “face” of the establishment as she’s the first person you see when you walk in yet she conducts herself so unprofessionally. The Dr was ok but I wouldn’t go back there based on my experience with the receptionist. I would also not recommend the place to anyone. Paying for bad service is simply not my cup of tea.
I didn't have the best of experience here, the receptionist was friendly. The doctor's assistant abit offishStanding by the doorway on his phone and the chair I'm placed has nowhere else to look but straight at him which was awkward, after being injected twice I waited for 15-20mins for the doctor to take my tooth out. It was a very emotional procedure for me as I've taken all my wisdom teeth out but this one was the most unpleasant I've experienced. The doctor did however try to calm me down which nice of him but I can only hope the next person has a better experience then I did.
Was good service on Friday when they pulled my tooth, but got infection over weekend and had to go back today Monday. I had to pay for the meds and the lady at reception did not have small change
They keep their promises. Love it
The ladies at admin were very rude didn't want to open the file for me because of their knocking off time which is 16:30 and I arrived there around 15:50 waited for more than 10mins for the lady to come back from where ever she was ended up leaving without seing the Dr to actually think i was in pain and needed help
Always Clean and professional. Dr and his team always friendly and willing to help.Will recommend to anyone looking for a Well educated and experienced Dentist:
