I can admit that the dentist is very good. He did try to accommodate me with my schedule. However, my latest experience left me completely angry. From dealing with a rude receptionist, who thought it was appropriate to give side remarks on everything, to having to wear shoe covers and been charged for things that I am still waiting for a proper explanation for. These additional charges left a very bad Impression with me, as already the general cost are already on the high end. The general atmosphere and interactions made me too uncomfortable to complete the treatment I needed.
I have had only had a great experience at this practise; from Dr Hoosen, the dentist to Kaylene the receptionist through to Thandi, his dental assistant. A journey that started in 2008 with a maxillofacial butcher of a doctor that cared more about stuffing my mouth with as much implants as he could possibly find, was just concluded with Dr Hoosen, and I could not be happier with the end result. He charges Medical Aid rates, which was an added benefit!
I don't usually like dentists, but I'm happy to go here any time.
