Made payment for an online order on 8 June. Contacted them a week later to find out status of the order, and only then was told they can't source the part and needed to do a refund. How are you charging people for stuff you don't have? Was promised a refund the next day and still nothing. Followed up the 3rd day and then only was payment done. It's as if these guys just wanna take your money, and then will only do work when you keep chasing them up. Wasted a week+ of my time on an urgent repair that needed to be made.

I ordered a headlight and even paid extra for express shipping, that was 20 days ago, and still haven't received my headlight, and I've emailed them and didnt even get a response back from them on why it's taking so long. Not happy with the service at all.

I received very good service from them. I ordered a replacement fog light for my Suziki Swift, they were very responsive when I e-mailed them with my query. My part arrived fast and safe, and fit perfectly.

I ordered parts from Deon's Auto Panels and honestly really great service from the whole team. I ordered my parts on Monday the 21st February & collected the parts 23 February in which i asked the team to please make this a urgent order in which they did so.
