Department Of Education: Port Elizabeth District

They Do not answer the phones, the 2 times that I have been lucky enough to have gotten through to them has resulted in being transferred to another office where they simply ignore the phones there too, if you get through they hang up as soon as they pick up the phone. They will waste your petrol by telling you dates that aren't accurate this could be resolved if they would do their job and answer the phone.

They never answer their phones! I am currently in hospital and missed an exam yesterday, and I'm trying to enquire about my missed exam. They're not answering at all!

In 2017 I ask for a remark then my results were the same. In 2019 I rewrote my Maths and Business Studies but my results were the same as in 2017. So I rewrote again in 2022 and I indeed learn harder then ever but, my results remain the same as in 2017. I Believe that the Department of Education in the Easter Cape are not doing there work to remark the students latest upgrading marks.

The guy I dealt with was helpful, however the Department is failing. The printers are not working, the system is offline but the guy was willing to help. There was however a very rude and cheecky "lady" there at the exams section whom I greeted as I was entering and the just gave me a nasty stir and passed by without saying a word. I saw that lady and I am still going to deal with her accordingly.
