No service at all. They are so corrupt. They only help those who are giving them money and leave the poor stranded. If you don't have money you can visit their offices for 3 days and still no service. These offices are worst and nobody cares

They always have network connetivity issues which leads to over crowding of people.

No service delivery we was at the office from 9h00am till 17h30pm awaiting to make the death certificate of my grandmother so that we can go to make arrangement with funeral service. I think they must improve them self the are no management on the office

Very poor service, spent the whole day here waiting on a non moving queue only for them to close without getting any assistance

You should also hire someone to pick up our calls... We are paying tax, and we are expecting good service from you guys.

My mom went to do a certificate for my little sister and the admin made a mistake on the parent's details, she went there 2 times without getting any help.
