Department Of Housing Alberton

I brought my sister's to enquire on how far their applications are for housing. Three days in a row we came here. I took them from the queue at the clinic and hospital. They have been waiting for years just to be turned back once again

It was very quick and the service was excellent

Had a nice experience the staff as well as the security guards were very friendly and they are so welcoming

The security is rude and doesn't allow people to enter , especially if it's after 12.. you only enter by calling an officials name

Bad service I have been there last year even now still waiting for their call you can't inquire the are getting paid for doing nothing

Bad service they have a notice by the door but they don't even adhere to there own notice they have the mind set of we are doing you a favor take it or go back and suffer more

Were not allowed to enter the office, we only communicate with the security guards claiming that we should leave our documents and write our contact details, they'll contact us. Went the for the third time without any luck

I had a very great service from the afro lady... Lol I'd give her 150/100

They were able to assist me quickly and were very helpful on what was needed and where i can get it
