Very bad...... Especially that lady so called Odwa Matinise...she is full of nonsense....you have to re submit documents because she is careless....it's been 2 full months but still I haven't received my uif claims because she didn't log my documents.....Extremely poor service.... Useless labour ever...

Very very poor service would rather take tea breaks than do what they must. They do not do their work and is permently off line. My uif stuff has not even been put on the system. I've been waiting over a month for it. Just to hear it is not on the system. Thank you for no service.

Calls are not answered, emails go unanswered, lines are long and half the people employed there are not working.. If you want to be helped you have to be there before 5am. Has the government not heard of performance management? Clearly not otherwise all those people "working" there would have been fired!

Had to wait very long for assistance

Was there before 7am had to stand in rain and bad weather for 5hours before being let inside the building and then had to wait another 3 hours before I was helped. An awful experience and the most the staff are rude and abrupt

Shot service slow and they feel entitle cause the working a government job pathetic and poor im ashamed to but a South African when we have people running essential services are dog water

Very poor service I put my maternity claim in in april receive and sms that my claim is received in june and im going to labour department every week still not approved my maternity leave ends October and im still waiting...

, nd the number provided says it doesn't exist, it rings once nd says the number doesn't exist.

Just never able to get hold of this Department
