Cashiers are forever on their cellphones, even when you're in front of them and won't attend you until they're done with whatever they're doing on their phones, a message comes through while helping you; guess what, whatever on that phone will take priority. You'll find yourself waiting unnecessarily longer. They actually deserve a 1 and 1/2 star

Staff is rude. The guy controlling the line literally ignored us when i stood up and went to ask a question. And then shouts at you when you're lost. And mocks you. Im disturbed by the service

Poor service Network always down If you are to renew car license, just go to the post office and save yourself some time

The que was short but very slow service. I couldn't figure out what caused the delay because I had to sit for almost two hours whereas there were a few people in front of me and there were three cashiers. Anyway I ended up getting what I wanted.

Today was my fourth time for renewal of my driver's license but still did not get assistance. Reason,forms are finished,it is load shedding and we are offline.You have to go at 05h00 to book the que,then at the end of the day you are still not assisted. The place is Hell.

Not helpful at all. They need to give clients full and correct information before standing in a long queue and you are not going to be helped.

Line short but not moving. Security personel bring their own people upfront. I suspect they got paid Cold drink money e sepela pele.

The service was exceptionally great.. I would recommend any one to check in.
