Omg... i called and spoke to the receptionist and thereafter booked an appointment for my son for a consult... When I took my son is queried what fee will go of my Medical Aid... i was said by the receptionist that the cash fee is 280r or Medical aid fee would be nothing more than 370r... My son's consult lasted atleast 40min.... When I received my medical aid statement I was shocked as claim was submitted twice on same day for R512.20 and the other R365.70... When Medical Aid consultant called the Therapist they were said that they charged for Assessment, consult and parent feedback. I was never informed of that thou. I was jus said the 60 min session would be those prices.... What a RIP OFF.... May God Deal with people like this....
