I had a great experience with Matthew. He was polite, efficient and willing to help. Am testing the system and hopefully he has fixed the problem. I had an awful experience trying to book a technician - it took the assistant 8 minutes to get my name and surname and the whole interaction and procedure was ghastly.

Disaster for a work-from-home self-employed person - the dreaded computer crash. Called the only place I could think of Dial a Nerd and got through quickly to Brandon in Dunkeld. Cut a long story short and not only is everything fixed but on their advice I splashed out a relatively small sum for an extra SSD drive and my computer is literally working a LOT better than it was even when it was brand new. Brilliant service!!

Jonathan Diener came to my rescue in Cape Town when I'd decided, for reasons of economy, to change internet service providers. Big mistake. After "holding" for help, forever, on a number of calls, I realised that the new service providers were terrible and deliberately unhelpful, but it was too late to undo everything and revert to the old one. Jonathan spent a very long time up a ladder, making sense of the spaghetti of wires connecting routers and other devices on top of my passage bookshelf. He then phoned my son in THAILAND to confirm that what he was doing was correct, and slowly my sense of dread lifted - and we had internet again. I cannot recommend him highly enough: he's simultaneously helpful and communicative - and he gets the job done.
Dealing with Dial a Nerd from logging a request for a quote to implementation of my request has been absolutely seamless and efficient. Brandon managed the remote implementation on both our laptops and he was great and kept us on the loop all the time. Well done Dial a Nerd! A few companies globally could take a page from your service delivery playbook!
