Great people, great product and great service. The product was a beautiful arrangement of flowers in a glass vase, and a very nice box of treats - nice in terms of contents and maybe even more so in terms of presentation! The owner personally responded to my emailed inquiry, and kept me informed step-by-step of the delivery status. This personal touch from the owner means a lot to me as customer, because it means that she is directly involved with every aspect of the business. And it means that she cares about the customers - and ultimately about the business.
Ordered a bouquet to surprise my best friend. Living in Canada, I previously struggled to find a reliable gifting company to send my friends and family in South Africa. My order was delivered the following day, and my friend was thrilled with the presentation of this beautiful bouquet. The handwritten card message was a nice touch. I will definitely be placing more orders and highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Send a Surprise highly enough! Orders are always delivered on time and look even better than in the pictures on the website. I've been sending birthday, Christmas and special occasion gifts to my family in Cape Town with Send a Surprise since moving to the UK a number of years ago and wouldn't dream of using another company.

The flowers and brownies I ordered were delivered on the date I requested and my son and his partner were very surprised and happy. They shared pictures of the beautiful flower bouquet they received. I will definitely be using Send a Surprise again!
