Best optometrist in the area, very professional with a wealth of experience. Diane adjusted my prescription around 4 years ago and my eyesight has not degraded since. After sales service is great with very few issues even during lockdowns.

Diane is great. Amazing personalised service, very good prices and a warm welcome from reception. Great after sales service, even when I have had problems with new spectacles before. I have been going to Diane for more than 6 years and will continue to do so.

Disgusting after sales service: Just two weeks after purchasing a set of frames, they proved to be faulty. The temple tips would slide off exposing wire like pointed ends on ether temple side arm. After returning the frames, we were first told the frames were bought or modified elsewhere. Then these people accepted them only to crudely glue the temple tips with what I believe is nail varnish. This repair lasted only a couple of days. When I returned again, I was told to "glue them myself".
