The bathrooms are clean and in very good condition. Rest of resort is old and not looked after. Heated swimming pool is cold, because heatpump is not running. I had to bring this matter to their attention twice before they did anything about it. Criminal elements were active Saturday night, breaking in to chalets and Tents.
We loved and enjoyed it soooo much!! Peaceful and quiet! Super neat and clean. The heated pool was an absolute hit!!!Rooms: 5/5
Was assisted friendly, the shop can stay open a bit later on weekends as well as the internet shows there is a tv in the unit but was not supplied with one. Neverless we did the activities on resort to keep busy.
Awesome and friendly hosts and the entertainment keeps on coming. The cleaning teams are on the number, we were there while heavy rains came down and they kept the ablusions clean and looking awesome. Thank you for the hot water showers always available.
There is no reception, apart from that, the place is amazing! Huge pool to relax in or play a game of volleyball. Very decent rooms and a shop that stocks all the bare basics. Perfect for a short get-away from the city.
From arrival until we left, we were blessed with friendly people. The accommodation is basic, but what more do you want? Loved the MASSIVE shower random, I know and the hiking trail.Rooms: 4/5
Well where do I start it's a very beautiful place love the scenery and the animals but unfortunately you can't ignore the lack of professionalism. Paying R55 for a cold breakfast. They did not prepare for our function like you would expect them to had to beg to get them to help us with wood for a bonfire. The people are not friendly and actually have bad attitudes. I don't know how they do weddings or anything else because they can't even do a small family reunion. To summarize the incompetence makes you feel unwelcome steer clear if you want to plan an event here.
Enjoy camping at this wonderful place very relaxing but didn't explore the place but we had fun !!
Booked for April 2020 due to covid resort was closed. Received a holiday credit when I tried to book to use it I was informed all chalets are booked for permanent residence on a monthly basic and only camping site is available as that did not work for me I asked for my credit to be paid out. Have been waiting for numerous months for payment and emails are getting ignored and receptionist says it is owner who is stalling because she is struggling. Owner refuse to email or return my phone calls . Very disappointed in how they are operating now as the entire SA is struggling due to Covid not only them.
I wasn't happy with the issues of signal connection no signal in the room. Not situable for work related visit. Better suited for camping and team building. Its B&B so dont ask for dinner, their dinner menu is very average.
