After experiencing a few months of knee pain due to running I was desperate to find a professional who could help. Mark was definitely the right person, after one visit he found the problem through various assessments and professional experience. He provided a tailor-made exercise and stretching plan and after two weeks the pain had completely disappeared. I would highly recommend Mark.
