Digital Experience Fourways stands out for their excellent customer service and personal attention. They exceeded my expectations by sending a team to help mount our new TV, a level of dedication that's hard to find these days. While there are other electronics retailers around, my experience with Digital Experience Fourways sets them apart. Their commitment to going above and beyond is impressive, and I've yet to find a reason to shop elsewhere. In short, if you're looking for quality products and top-notch service, consider giving them a try.
Went to view some items we needs and received great service and advise form the consultants. The consultants knows when to allow us to browse and be free. They have a excellent range of items. Went back in July 2023 and again got excellent service. Found a great deal on a oven for my wife and they even matched a price of a tv for us and free delivery. something they can work on is the time to process payment at the till but worth the wait for the prices we got.
When I bought my Canon EOS R from The Digital Experience they went out of their way to help me. Even after working hours. 5 stars is just not enough! They specifically Donovan deserved 10 stars for customer service. Thanx a million for helping me in the way you did!
After a dissapointing experience with the Woodmead Makro, The Digital Experience saved the day. I initially tried them out as an alternative but because of their superior service they will now be my default avenue for all my appliance and device needs. Turnaround Time/Delivery - 10/10 Quick Communication - 10/10 Customer Experience - 10/10
Before you read this review. Please note...after posting this review, one of the directors of Digital Experience contacted me. The issue was resolved very quickly. I would like to thank them for taking the effort to make it right.. Digital Experience has the worst service in their camera section I have come across in a long time. I bought an expensive Olympus camera from a surly rude assistant last year. I then went back to order some attachments which I eventually received. They promised to phone me when they arrived. They didnt. I had to go back and ask them. I later discovered that the fish eye lens I had bought needed an additional attachment which they negated to tell me. I then ordered that and they promised to phone me when it arrived. They didnt. So I phoned them and they said they did not know of any order. I went in with the camera and they said they didnt know of any order. They didnt even bother to look in the book it had been written down in. They even went as far as saying they had not receved any shipments for the camera since last October. I bought the camera in November 2022 and the fish eye lense attachment after that. So they should get their facts straight. I will never go back there for any thing
WOW! What fantastic customer service. I had an insurance claim Thanks ESKOM and Loadshedding. The insurance company contacted me late on Wednesday afternoon, to inform me that my claim was approved for a replacement and that The Digital Experience will contact me shortly. Within 10 minutes, Lucretia phoned me. She mailed the banking detail for my access to be paid. I mailed the POP and she arranged for my delivery to take place on Friday. There are very few companies that can proudly say they deliver superb customer service, but The Digital Experience CAN say that with pride. Thanks for your exceptional service, Lucretia. It is highly appreciated.
Really great store with very low prices and amazing specials! I like this store very much because the staff are very friendly and is always present to assist you. One staff member whose name is Admire went out of his way to keep me posted about stocks and immediately contacted me when stock was back in store for me to purchase.
Wish I could give 0 start. My Samsung device has been in for repair for over 3 months now. Phone is covered by Samsung Care+ Not getting any responses on my emails as to where my phone is
I needed a pair of Vortex Crossfire binoculars in a short time, the store had no stock, but arranged for the rep to drop off a pair for me to evaluate before purchasing which I did. The store offered excellent service, accommodating my unique requirement with ease.
Many thanks Keith Ruthanam. I found new Samsung TV at best price by far at Digital Experience. Keith turned the deal around in 24 hrs with a delivery thrown in. I am recovering from Covid and not too mobile.
