Once we have ensured that your employee is correctly employed, meeting these statutory requirements, we then offer you, as the employer, unlimited telephonic support to assist you in managing daily HR and disciplinary issues.
We register your employee for UIF and we complete the monthly UIF return on your behalf. Your employee is also issued with a payslip.
Dignified Domestic keeps up to date with the Department of Labours guidelines on salary determination and minimum wages.
Dignified Domestic manages this all for you for R59.95 per employee per month (done via debit order).
