Hi, today was the 3rd time in a row where the price at the teller is higher than the price on the shelf. Why is this and what are you going to do about it??

Some of the pharmacists are really nice! I've had great service here before. But my advise to anyone who visits this pharmacy would be to hope you are not assisted by the 'older' pharmacists for they are simply not willing to assist. Went there to grab some medication, I was told that my medical aid doesn't want to pay and that they simply cannot assist me further. "No there is nothing we can do, we do not know what's going on". Was her words. This after the medical aid had told them that they are claiming wrong on their system. Afterwards I went to another Dis-chem where at least a wonderful pharmacist assisted me and had NO ISSUES with claiming for the medication. Turns out the pharmacist at Tambotie was using the wrong codes and simply did not want to investigate HER OWN mistake to realize what she was doing wrong. It's sad when someone's been in a position for so long that they simply think they know all and can make no mistakes. Introspection and soft skills are very valuable when dealing with clients directly.

They give us good medication

Horrible experience I will never set foot inside this Dis-chem ever again. And the staff do not even give a flying hoot about it. Calling customers liars and refuse to even try and appologise. And then even call themselfs management. What a joke. Clicks is a better option thanks but no thanks. One star is too generous

The trading hours on the website are stated that the store closes at 18:00 pm, I got here today at 15:30 pm but it's closed. ‍ Yes it's a public holiday & trading hours might vary but how are customers supposed to know if it's open or closed?

Thank you for Dischem Randfontein. The only bad constant experience at the pharmacy is the poor attendance of the cashiers. If there is one cashier which is sometimes the case or more, they are not focussed on customer care. This is a furstrating experience that I hope can improve.

Services has just declined at this store.  This is the second time I ordered online and as per the website all items were available and it also states that order will be read for collection the next business day.  Well it wasn't and items were not available and I had to phone to find what is happening with my order.  I would rather drive to the another pharmacy or shop and just get it else where.

Second time coming here, it's pathetic. I've never hd this kind of service in any of the Dischem pharmacies. They open at 8:30 bt it's now 8:45 still not assisted. Dispensary is worse not that the people on the shelfs are better they are just as bad, it's like they are doing you a favor. Customer service is very poor at this Dischem

Don't bother to book for your covid vaccination for here... I booked and got here to be told bookings don't matter as it's first come first served... Why book then?Were left sitting in the cold with my wife and a baby... Worst ever... The vaccination ambassadors need training too.

Superb service, whether in store, online or via telephone. Orders are ready on time, and should something not be in stock, Dischem Randfontein's staff will go the extra mile to get your products from another branch.  PS. Customers, to receive excellent service, you have to go the extra mile too with a smile or 2.
