One of the cleenest shops ever. Under ground parking and wheelchair availability. Yea always a que for waiting ... but you do not wait long for the members is friendly and eager to help the customers. Well done on that... a nice information desk rightat the entrance.. a really wide variety of healthy produckts for all healthy habits. From baby products up to elderly products... and again more then enough friendly staff members to help around every corner... also gym products to help with tour fitness and a load of cleaning products... lovely pharmacy inside one of the best I have ever been at again with the most friendly and eager to help staff members... I thank you for helping us all dis-chem. Please keep up the great work...

I had a bad experience.  I was allergic to something I ate. My husband rushed into the shop for allergex. I stayed in the car. Could not breath. They did not want to  assist him at tills Illstitill

Fantastic staff, all-in-one shopping experience. There is a lot of variety to choose from. All pharmacists and staff are professional and well educated on their products. Always a pleasure to shop here, the Dis-Chem Benefits card is awesome as well.

A small number of staff seem to care for the customer. Most just ignore you

I stood in the pharmacy line for 23 minutes!!! Not bcz it was too busy but ppl are busy making small talks and chit chats with familiar customers whilst we all wait in line!! That is very unacceptable especially bcz this is one line that requires speedy service! This is unacceptable! Go talk private chats and conversations in your own time! Customer service first!

Wonderful serviced rendered by Ilise and Zane at Dischem Klerksdorp.... They went out of their way to ensure I received a product that I purchased which was out of stock... Surely these 2 wonderful ladies are an asset to Dischem...
