I should've listened to the reviews but was desperate to fix one nail. I understand why there are 12 chairs available but no customers. Technicians playing on their phones while surrounded by dirty floors and dusty shelves. ZERO professionalism, acknowledgement as a customer or friendliness. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.Service: Manicure

Way too over priced for the quality of their work! The lady left gel under my fingernails and on my hands! Staff are way to relaxed and unbothered, they all sitting in the store watching videos and DStv now on their cellphones. And the lady at reception was sitting and eating chips while they had clients in store! My husband wanted a pedicure and when the lady who helped me told the other lady to assist him, she responded with “I’m on late shift I can’t” yet she’s sitting at her chair and just watching videos on her phone. Overall bad experience! I don’t think they deserve even 1 star..Services: Pedicure

The lady that assisted me was not welcoming at all....she seemed to have a bad attitude, her work was satisfactory. The lady who assisted my partner was very nice but unfortunately created an unwelcome vibe which is not what you want when going to a spa.

I actually wish there was a 0 star option for this establishment. The worse experience I e ever had. Nail technician was sick. Asked the desk clerk if she could go home. No. Instead she proceeded to do my nails for 1:30hrs. She felt miserable and made the experience feel like it as well. The desk clerk clearly knew she didn’t feel like being there, yet she let her proceed. End result, I believe a 10 year old could’ve done a better job than this. Cleanliness 2 out of 10 at best. Please do yourselves a favor and avoid this place at all cost.

The lady was rude and extremely unprofessional. She even got wax on my hairline and I walked out of there with uneven eyebrows. I would have done a better job. I definitely regret going there. I wouldn’t recommend it.Service: Waxing

This place is awesome. It is down to earth people and they make you feel so relaxed. I don't even have to tell them what to do they are just amazing really look forward to my visits every second week. Keep up the good happy cheerful service. This place is real and no fakes. Love yoy girls.
