Very friendly staff and they did a great job with my car. Facilities were nice and clean inside the waiting area, and they were done relatively quickly. Only negative was trying to get in off the main road. It was congested, and the cars didn't follow the signs well at all. Granted that's on them not the business.

Be careful taking your car to a soft touch car wash like this. I was a member at this car wash and cancelled my membership. Truck was damaged and only brought it through maybe 2-3 times. The side brushes slap your car way too hard. Picture attached is before and after paint correction that I had to have done on my truck $500 cost. Car is brand new 2022 Chevy Silverado with less than 1000 miles when I took it to this car wash.  I would advise against taking it to this car wash if you care about your cars paint. Car paint isn't as thick as it used to be. If you damage your paint and you have thin paint you may not be able to paint correct at a detail shop if it's too thin less than 3 Mil.

They have been charging me for the past three months, May, June, and July. My last visit was on April 24, 2023, and was canceled before the month began. Guess what they told you to email on the phone, and when you go in person they will say that is not the email. And you think ok at least now they will stop but no. I didn't get a refund for May. After I went back she got refunded me for June last month. Here I am another charge of $35 for July. Next, keep stealing and we will meet in court. If you are a customer and reading this careful with your bank information. I can tell you the truth if we don't stop this kind of thing together, people will lose money and they will get rich. “Without $1 you can't be a millionaire! “

I have been a member of mister car was for years but figured I'd give this place a try. I was not satisfied at all. The attendants took their time and acted like they didn't want me to be there and guided my car into the guide rail twice. My car was still dirty when it got out of the car was and I had dirt coming out of my rims so the car had dirt streaks on it. Doesn't seem like something that should happen at a car wash. I think I'll be keeping my membership at mister for both my vehicles.

Pretty good service for the money, I guess. They did seem understaffed when I paid to get my car toweled dry, but it was dry before I made it to the bay they were only using 1 bay out of 2 because of the wait. My windows had smudge streaks like the towels they used were dirty. But the interior and matts were well done.

This is the best car wash in Lancaster County! Great service! Great facility! Great value! I went there w my lightly scratched blue subaru and the owner himself gave me great advice on minimizing the scratches and showed me how to do it. They are a very friendly family run business. I totally recommend Divine!

Definitely the best, most clean car wash in Lancaster. And, most importantly, the staff was very attentive, respectful, and paid attention to detail pun intended—you don’t see that often with a younger-aged staff. I ran my car through the $20 wash cycle and had the interior cleaned. The staff got every grain of sand out of my car. Experience tells me that if the staff works well together and enjoys their work, management must be doing a great job too! I’ll be visiting again, for sure!Services:&nbsp;Polishing

Great service and a great car wash. We only did the most basic wash when driving through from a road trip and it cleaned up the car from the highway drive.

Delightful car wash experience for my road salt whitened Christmas storm 2022 trip Iowa to PA Trailblazer...its beautiful light green again! Even let me use wrench to remove my antenna. Thank you!

First time there and I got the 20 dollar option and they did a great job the car was clean and tires and rims where also good too. Will deff be trying again.
