I bought hair from them because I've just relocated and I was looking for a reliable hair plug. Worst mistake. The hair I bought from them has a lot of admin, it sheds, it needs you to straighten it every day and you need to have a brush with you all the time because it gets tangled. Looked great the first day or two of purchase and after that it kept getting worse. The hair now looks like synthetic hair although the lace is fine but very disappointed about the quality of their hair. It looks like hair that was bought from Ali Express and worse it's machine made. I wouldn’t buy their hair again, I could've gotten a better quality bob in JHB CBD with the R1700 I paid. Don't need any refund but I'm definitely not returning. So ladies if you are fussy on the quality of hair like myself, do not buy their hair.

I got there at 16h30 and they told me that they won't make the wig for me because they close at 17h30, their website says they close at 18h00, firstly I used my own money to drive to their salon and they cannot help me, I pleaded with them because I am going to a wedding the following day they looked at me and said nothing, how is BLACK BUSINESESS!! Customer referral customer retention is very important. I am very disappointed

The ladies that work at the Cape Town branch are friendly and welcoming. However, they do not know how to do a proper ear to ear closure and when they did mine it looked horrible especially when they tried doing the baby hair‍‍ They really damaged my closure

I am happy with the hair from there and the ladies customer care is amazing too

Hey besides the Belville Branch is there another branch in the city of Cape Town, if yes please explain where. I spoke to some of your agents and they didnt get back to me, hench is why i give the two, But your hair quality is good no doubt.

The ladies that work here are really beautiful people. I love the area and homey feel. Really beautiful hair as well. I cannot wait to see if it lasts etc. Thank you for the lovely service

The images you see online is exactly what you will find when you go there. They sell quality hair and they are affordable. This is also a very classy place

I am not happy because I ordered a wig online and it was not what I wanted. I am not ordering their wigs ever again
