Terrible experience regarding the service provided by this branch. I went there to check my Dixon battery. They filled it up with water and charged it. The next day when I got it back they did not suggest I bring along something to out the battery in incase it leaks which it did and damaged my carpets and seat. The genteman I spoke to said he can't be telling everyone to bring a something to put the battery in. I didn't know batteries leak and placed it on my seat. I've bought Duracell and exide batteries in the past and put them on my seat and they didn't leak. The gentleman said I should have known to put it in the boot and it's my own stupidity. Which business speaks to a customer like this? The gentelamn said I must take the issue to head office for my damaged seat for insurance because the company has insurance. I was put through to Gary who did not get back to me at all. After 2 weeks I follow up then he tells me all the branches are independant and Cape Town must deal with this issue. As you can see they send customers running in directions away from them because they don't want to deal with it. I'll never recommend anyone supporting this business due to the way they deal with and speak to their customers. It's the first and last time I'll ever deal with them. 1. Rudeness 2. Make you run around and try and fix the problem instead of handling it themselves.

Worst ever experience, i called them for a price on a battery for my car,they said that they would call me back, never happened, i called them back, the line was bad and they dropped the call in my ear, i called back twice and they just cut the call, so don't bother to contact them, they clearly don't nwed your business

Got a pair of U2066 as a temporary solution while house-sitting. For the cheap price and specs, I wasn't expecting this kind of quality. Surprisingly loud given their size, surprisingly clear and crisp. Not a lot of bass as expected, but mids and highs are amazing. Only complaint and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how easily electrical interference can cause mild static to come through

Terrible battery quality and they really couldn't care less about customer service. Battery hardly used and packed up within a few months. After Dixon didn't help resolve the situation, I went to another battery shop and they told me that they are constantly getting faulty Dixon batteries brought in. Rather pay a little more and get a decent quality battery.

I would recommend Dixon Batteries Cape for any of your battery needs. Had a battery replaced under warranty within seconds. Very professional. I will definitely keep buying my solar backup batteries from Dixon.

I would like to thank the Dixon stuff for the excellent customer service the displayed to me on the 14/08/2020. After experiencing some difficulties in returning the battery that had a leak problem from where i bought it at Cosmic along Belgravia road who were refusing to change it for me regardless of the 24 months guaranteed that was on it, take note this battery was only 2months old. I decided to go straight to Dixon the supply, and to my surprise the problem was resolved within 15 mimutes and i got a new battery. Once again big up to Dixon.

Terrible service one of the most worst battery companies.Dixon Cape Town Belville brunch one of there staff members Freddie van Der Westhuizen when I was phoning him and explaining my problem with him that I have with my battery he was so sarcastic an after a while he hang up the phone so after a while I keep on phoning him so he just hang up the phone in my face terrible but dont worry I will make sure Russel Dixon the owner will hear from you.

Had a factory default battery. I had it exchange with no hassles. Professionals employees. Loved it.

Good service from knowledgeable staff - and supper patient with all my questions! My last Dixon battery lasted 8 years!!
