Worst rental agency ever. My brother moved in to Africa Best flat,Benoni last year August. November the rent went up no communication until Feb , when they wanted to evict him Upon questioning why we were not told about the increased rent ,no one gave a straight answer. We told them that since we moved in 2 months prior to current rent we are not eligible for it until August 2022. Even the law. States that. The manager agreed, but to our surprise every month they demand that we pay increased amount and have been adding it to the invoice. The manager told us to ignore the invoice and keep paying the original amount on the contract but just this Wednesday they switched off the electricity to the apartment and all their phones are off. Mind you it prepaid electricity... Even if you call the office no help is offered.
Dmc has not been good to me .they will make you pay even if it's not ur problem .if their objects are not working well , you are going to pay for their damaged objects and they are quick to demand their money but slow to rectify their problems. And they are very rude
