They just fixed all the problems I had with my fortuner including aircon, radio, traction control and remote of the vehicle for less than a grand and within an hour. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!
I took in my Honda Brio 1.2 for a service. The original proce on the service was reasonable, however, I was charged R295 for radiator flush and coolant, R195. 00 for a head light globe. I was also charged VAT on the invoice, but no VAT number was displayed on invoice. When i asked why i was being charged VAT, he then opted to reprint the invoice with a VAT number.
Recently dealt with Andrew who sorted out my sons car. Service was good and the car repaired. Thanks.Service: Electrical
Good customer service from Andrew and the team. Once they diagnosed that the alternator was the problem Andrew kept me up-to-date. Price was reasonable and my vehicle is back on the road. Thanks Andrew and teamService: Electrical
Great service.
I took my car to check aircon and faulty wiring causing hazard lights not working etc....unfortunately the new owners are not up to standard in comparison with feedback on the previous owners....after paying more than R 2k the faults have not been sorted out.....I ended up having to take my car to other Auto Electricians it was eventually sorted out - thanks to crossed wires. I wasted money on nothing despite me being told all the auto electricians who worked for the previous owner were still employed there ...Very disappointing
We always took our cars to DNJ and recommended others go there too for servicing and repairs. I feel bad for those recommendations now. Especially since the ownership changed. Their customer service during the repair work or servicing was always decent. Their pricing was competitive - at least we thought so. We did some overhaul work on one of our cars at the end of last year and they replaced the cooling system on the other car this year. Had to take the first car back repeatedly as the work just wasn't done properly. They promised to fix it and redo some of the overhaul. The second car still has a leaking cooling system. When management changed they refused to honor the agreement we had with previous owners to fix both cars. The cars are still not working properly despite spending a significant amount of money on both of them, and new management couldn't have cared less. When both my wife and I explained the situation the new owner just shrugged and refused to help. We have now taken the cars to a number of other mechanics who have expressed shock at the quality of work of done as well as the prices we paid. Yes, this could be competitive posturing, but we simply will never return to DNJ. Honestly they are just typical of the whole independent auto industry - shoddy workmanship, overquoting and refusal to honour agreements or guarantees once they have your money.
