I had placed an order last week. I had paid extra money for 'Red Onions' add on, but this was not there on the pizza I received. Moreover, the pizza did not taste good, Dominoes is loosing its original quality. I am very disappointed. I already contacted via the feedback form but still did not receive any response from them.

Hi all,  I ordered and in the application they told me you will receive your order in 45 mins After one hour I called them and and say okay when you will bring me my order And I’m really bad way they told me in 1 or 2 hours!!!!!! And they said it is not our problem we have too many orders now !!!! So, is it my problem???  After all, they told me okay we will cancel your order And in the application I saw: „customer asked us to cancel order“ I don’t know what should I say …

Just had the one type of pizza and it was very good to my taste.

Delayed delivery. No online update for pizza tracking. Ordered for quick delivery but waited for more that 1 hour. No contact number to branch, call gets rerouted to central number where no one has answered for 20 minutes and then got tired. Last order from Dominos.

Food delivery was quick, but pizza undercooked. Completely pale dough, We first had to cook it for 10 minutes more in the oven. Also, cinnastix had hardly any sugar on it and icing sauce was already open? when we got it. Also still looking very pale and undercooked. Disappointed, don’t recommend it. Will not order there again!

This was very bad! We made an order that did not arrive after 1 hour, we called them and they told us to wait an extra 50 minutes. Guess what? it still did not arrive, when we called them again the staff calmly told us that the order has not been prepared yet! so that we had to wait for extra 20 minutes. Total time = 2 hrs: 10 miutes to arrive, and the order had missing items

Update: I have received an email to apologize + a voucher as a compensation. I am thankful for not neglecting my complaint.  I have just received a Bombay pizza order with hair in it. Otherwise, I have a very good experience with them in terms of delivery time and quality.

I place an order for my brother from poland to deliver to my brother that stays in Wedding but the order was not delivered and I never received a refunds , called severally and no one picked up…bad experience

I just loved the Pizza over here. I liked Dominos over McD and the reason is the super soft crust with perfect balance e of flavouring and toppings. During the whole quarantine period, I ordered the pizza from here and the staff is too careful regarding the COVID protocols.

Bad food boring pizza. For the same price  there are many better options. Boring salad for 3€
