This Domino's shop is a combination of three branches. This existing branch includes the best of the relocated branches from Greenside and Ferndale. Now this branch is three times as good as the best.
I love Domino's Pizza. Well priced, and dependable; you get what you pay for. The staff at this outlet are particularly friendly. Expect a wait, however, as this is a popular and busy shop, particularly over peak periods. They do offer delivery, and have special offers from time to time. Make a point of signing on to their mailing list to stay up to date with what is on offer.
Have had good experiences with this store in the past. But not tonight . I ordered it to be delivered and the traker said it left the store at 18:52. And still waiting and it is now 19:15. Hell of a unimpressive experience. They better get there act together soon. Or i won't order from them again. still waiting after placing the order 1 hour ago.
Asked the lady what Specials they have, and she pointed to somewhere on the menu, not saying much. Her name badge was turned inside out so couldn't see who I was talking to but she really needs training on how to communicate with customers. Good pizza at the end.
So the pizza I had was warm upon arrival and just what I needed, I was very impressed with the ease of signing up in order to place my order online, how user friendly and simple it was, and also how you able to customise your orders by naming them for easy simply repeats. Felt like my "Pizza profile" was definitely customised for me. The chocolate pudding which is something I had been craving for a whole were so smooth, runny, and piping hot... just the way it is meant to be, I was expecting it to be frozen but was pleasantly surprised. It was a great meal to have on a Friday from an excellent store, even the driver was friendly when handing over my cravings.
Poor service. Waited for my order for 30 minutes. The screen indicated our time was ready, when we enquired if the order was done, they said no, so what is the point of the screen displaying the time?. We waited further to only get told they forgot about our one order of pizza. Over 30 minutes for an order of 2 pizzas. 4 people were served before we got our pizza and came way after us. Not going back to Domino's again.
Next time there is a Mega week please be prepared and make sure all systems are working. I made an order online which confirmed my order was ready, to my surprise it was not even ready we had to wait for further 20mins.
Just when you think Dominos is getting better by upgrading their App, they do something stupid like not being able to get through to the store directly to find out where your order is. So after an hour of waiting and phoning the HEAD OFFICE I finally manage to get through to cancel my order and tell them to Stuff their Stuffed Cheese bread. No attempt at damage control, just Ok and Goodbye> Well that's my response to Dominos as well. Goodbye.
Please try and get people that can manage a very simple request of taking an order for 1 pizza. It's really not that difficult. Good Service goes a long way.
The pizza here is nice, well prepared. Their service is great, always on time. The waiters are friendly as well. Their prices are fair with some great deals.
