Dealing with Andile was not pleasant. Service at Dosco has gone backwards since I last did business with them. Wait a week for a quote, which I only received when I drove there for the second time to enquire. When following up on completion date I was told in a very cocky manner that it takes 5 - 7 work days and I should read my quote. Today is day 7 and when I phoned to follow up there seems to be confusion. Waiting now for a call back......... A follow up. After waiting 10 working days instead of 7 as per Andile, my pump was repaired like the SA government repairs potholes. Now on 12 working days my machime is still down and waiting for answers.
