Appalling, unprofessional and disgraceful service! My grandmother has a policy, now over 45 years old at this horrid place. We requested a simple updated document regarding her funeral cover 20 DAYS AGO. We have sent over 16 emails, made several calls to their call centres, branches and head office - none who have been answered, just a continuous loop of their waiting music, we have been to the Roodepoort Branch, where we spend an hour and were told that they could not access or open the policy. After being fed tales of how wonderful the policy is and how it will simply take a few hours to sort out and that the "policy is fantastic and has grown so much", without any actual information received, we went home. Since then 20 DAYS AGO we have called or emailed EVERY SINGLE DAY with absolute no response - only receiving one generic email telling us to go back to the branch. If they are this terrible at providing a policy holder that is still alive, a simple update on their cover, I cannot imagine how horrid the claims process will one day be. Absolutely terrible service from Dove's Funeral Services, their Roodepoort Branch, Sam who works at the Roodepoort Branch, 3sixtylife - their terrible call centre, and their head office.

A policy was paid out to Doves for my Mother's funeral after we already paid the full fee for the funeral. We are owed in excess of R19000. It is 4 months now and still no refund. Choose another funeral house if you have any option!

Unprofessional with crazy prices. Rude service and a very unsympathetic attitude.

Very very Dangerous area how can you have funerals in thar area. Thinking of changing
