The Administration service in this practice is so bad, on the website is says the practice opens at 08h30. But we waited from 08h00 until 09h20 without being attended too. The locum doctor there came inn and opened and said we should wait for thr Admin staff, the lady go in at probably 09h17,dragging her feet she went around the practice, no greeting of the patients, we all just waiting and nothing is been said. May you please treat us with the respect and have some sense of urgency on us. We might as well go to the Government Clinics and stand in the same ques as your practice. Having to wait for almost 2 hours to be attended to its really not good. I got here at 08h00 it's now 09h44 haven't been seen by a Doctor.
