I really wish you had an email that I can write to since it's a holiday and it's December. To cut a long story short, I came there on the 14th for 2nd consultation, Medication I was given did not work and told the dear Dr that I used the medication before but hasn't helped at all so today it's the 16th and I'm in pain, can't even leave my room and booking another appointment is hard since it's Decemberplease if you see this dr just book me a follow up appointment !

This guy is, in my opinion, one of the finest surgeons in South Africa. Unfortunately that makes him quite popular and you're likely to wait a while for an appointment.
