Regardless if you make an appointment you always wait. Even if you phone in and they say the doctor is on schedule you sit like me waiting for 20mins with 3 people before you in line and I was early! Worst was waiting 3 hours with 8 people in front of us when my sister and I was 30mins early. Doctor is amazing but time management of the practice needs massive improvement!!

Best doctor around definitely!
