Dr. Ramjee is the best dentist in Cape Town! My experience with him has been nothing but positive. I had an implant procedure done for one of my upper molars. The idea of having this procedure done had scared me for years! I find Dr. Ramjee to be professional, kind, gentle, and he is also quite humorous too! My dental implant was a success and he made use of the most advanced technology. I have gone for a number of other dental treatments with him and I am super happy :

Dr Ramjee is by far one of the best. On a Monday afternoon the day before a public holiday, I called him with an emergency and told him that my tooth was in excruciating pain from a root canal that was undergoing treatment with another dentist. Dr Ramjee was happy to assist me at 17h30 on an emergency basis and relieved me from all the pain I was experiencing immediately. He made me feel so comfortable and safe in the chair, after a traumatic experience of excruciating pain. He did x-rays of my tooth and picked up the issue almost instantly. Dr Ramjee is incredibly experienced and knows exactly what he is doing. I have seen him ever since and I never experienced any form of pain with anything that he has done for me. I am so grateful for his thoroughness, patient care and sense of humour. Thanks for doing an incredible job Doc!

Having visited numerous dentists, I would definitely recommend Dr Ramjee. He excels at creating a calming atmosphere and he's hilarious! At my first consultation he started the appointment by showing me a book that he had written about the tooth structure, to help me understand the various stages and problems that teeth go through over the years. This was the first time that a dentist had explained this process to me, and I appreciated that I could understand what he was looking out for. I have had a fear of dentists since a very young age and I get extremely anxious before and during the consultation. Today was the best experience I have ever had in the chair. Dr Ramjee took the time to explain each step of the procedure including the tool he is using, how it works, the level and duration of discomfort and what I am going to experience. He checked in with me to ensure I am doing ok and did his best to calm my nerves. I am going back next week and I have no anxiety about my follow-up appointment. My emergency yesterday 29th November 2020, had a wonderful and calm ending with Dr Ramjee. I have never yet felt so cared for by a dentist before. Dr Ramjee explained everything that he was going to do, before, during and after the procedure. I had two abscesses and that infected the tooth extracted. Two firsts as an adult, without general anesthetic! Dr Ramjee is the best dentist I have ever been to, and at 64yrs I should know. Thank you Dr Ramjee.
