Dr Bf Kwan

I found Dr. Kwan to be an extremely knowledgeable and efficient doctor. While she may come across as uninterested or even rude at times, I believe this is due to her focus on providing efficient care. Despite this, I appreciated that she took the time to listen to my opinions and concerns. However, I must say that her practice is not particularly welcoming. Although I didn't expect it to be as warm and inviting as a pediatrician's office, I found it to be worse than what I typically expect from a general practitioner. The reception area is adorned with signs that overly emphasise the need for children to be quiet, which was off-putting. Additionally, the receptionist was rather rude. Shouting at a family with three children that it was time to sit. Despite the fact there weren't enough seats for them to all sit together. This lack of empathy and understanding was disheartening. Despite these issues, I found my consultation with Dr. Kwan to be professional and valuable, and I would consider returning for future appointments. However, I would caution anyone seeking care from her practice to be prepared for a less-than-welcoming atmosphere. Especially if you have young children.

Terrible experience the worst ever. Government clinics is better. my first visit and with my entrance the doc and his staff was not very welcoming. Started shouting becauce I was running 15min late with 3 sick toddlers. After calling to explain that I was running late and were told no problem please come and with great regret I went. Receptionist was very rude and sarcastic as if it was the time for it. I refused for my child to be checked. Because u not just a doc but you human. Please treat your patients as patients. No one goes to a doctor feeling well and to be treat like that. I am very shocked. NEVER AGAIN

Been going to Dr Kwan for more than 8yrs and is my most preferred doctor, I stay more than 20km radius from her so sometimes I am not able to reach her but often times will regret not going to her. She is strict, brutally honest, thorough has referred me to brilliant specialists for different unrelated ailments that other doctors failed to treat. She can be easily be misunderstood due to her personality and culture. May have been overly cautious during the pandemic but that means she helped in reducing the spread of the virus including me I frequented her offices in 2020 due to my DVT and never contracted it.

A good doctor who know her stuff. But she is rude. The male Chinese receptionistassume the husband has a disgusting behavior. Care more about the plants than the patients. Glad there better doctors around, so not been to her in years

My personal experience: I would give this doctor 0 stars if it were possible. No empathy, no care. Makes you feel like leaving as quickly as possible. To have to feel like that whilst sick is just sad

My family will not go to a establishment with a quick Dr/Patient turnaround as they misdiagnose. Dr Kwan has a good sense of humour and could easy be misunderstood. In my personal view she is strict and take health-care very serious. She is very knowledgeable in her field of expertise.

Dr. B F Kwan, I went to see her as I fel ill and had flue like symptoms. Dr Kwan examined me and said no she can't find anything wrong with me and give me some Vitamins and Sen me of. 48 hours later I had to make an emergency Dr appointment with a private Dr who is not Covered on our scheme. The Dr examined me an tus out I have had a server Bacterial infection in my body. The Dr was shocked the Dr Kwan did not pick anything up!!!

DISGUSTING! especially in these times this doctor is incredibly unprofessional. I will be reporting her in her mis treatment of patients. My mother always goes to her yet when my mother called her today they asked a lot of questions and my mother answered honestly. The then proceeded to make an appointment seeing no covid signs. When she arrived the doctor threw an absolute fit about why my mother came in yet she was told to. She was extremely rude to her and chased her out telling her to go else where for tests which were extremely expensive. this lady has a terrible attitude towards consumers and will be reported trust me!

My 3 yr old daughter is sick and Dr Kwan would only consult with her outside in the freezing cold, secondly I have a 4 year old boy who was not allowed to come to the doctors room, in fact we were told to leave our 4 year old son at home alone since he his also not allowed at the practice. I really hope that anyone considering going to Dr Kwan would reconsider their decision. DR Kwan is a cold heartless doctor who does not care for her patients and her staff are always rude. I really don’t know how it’s possible that during such a pandemic that we have doctors like Dr Kwan. In closing I should mention we found another doctor who helped us AND allowed my 4year old in side his rooms.
