Thank you Doc, you are the best,you are very professional and friendly the only problem i have is with your admin ladies,i was there today for my babies 6 weeks ,they are not friendly at all and do not treat patients the same especially blacks cause i observed them very carefully as other patients where coming in,they insisted on speaking afrikaans even after telling them i prefer English and their tone,they spoke to me with an attitude ,i left there irritated and angry,they are not doing us a favour cause we paying at the end of the day,they shouldn't be the face of your surgery at all their attitude is very very bad

The Doctor himself is very professional and helpful towards his patients, the only problem I am having with his practice are the two admin ladies, on the 2nd of June 2021 I phoned for them to assist me with a schedule six repeat script, unfortunately I could not collect it immediately because we had to attend a funeral in limpopo province. On our return, I proceeded to the doctor on the 17 June 2021 only to be informed by these admin ladies that apparently I never contacted them for a repeat script, she proceeded to check on the computer and informed me that the doctor never issued a script for my child's condition I am not sure if admin staff are allowed to peruse patients personal files they actually made me feel like a fool. Today I returned to the Doctor office and requested my wife to collect the script as requested, the one admin lady claimed their is no script for Jantjies, and the other actually went to the back room, came out with the script and an attitude, and tells my wife, it's been long time ready, with an attitude. The doctor should please place a confidential complaints register at the front of his office, because I am sure he is not aware that his admin staff are treating his patients in such a manner

Been there with my 8 months boy Kopano from Friday 2019-08-16 till Monday 2019-08-19. Thanks to all the caring stuff and the docter. Keep up the good works guys much appreciated

If my child can talk he would recommend every I'll or ok kid to him coz he is the best on what he does
