My sister went to this Dr yesterday. Although Dr Leon De Klerk was very nice and helpful, I was appalled at the way that the receptionist treated my sister. Firstly, when she called to make the appointment, the receptionist was impatient when trying to find medical aid details and was very short, passive aggressive with a rude tone throughout the call. When my sister arrived at the practice, the receptionist then proceeded to raise her voice when asking questions my sister wasn't too familiar with as she is a young adult. After my sister finished filling in all of her information the receptionist perposfully moved her file to the bottom of the pile infont of her face.
As "Inkomers" Dr De Klerk had to play catch up with our family's medical history. He has been exceptional and spot on with our treatments, The staff has been helpful and friendly.
Great doctors!!! Also not as late as other doctors I have been to.
